Jim J. Moynihan, AIA
President and Chief Executive Officer
A long-term member of Balfour Beatty's U.S. management team, Jim Moynihan is president and CEO of Heery International and Balfour Beatty Rail, Inc. as well as Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc. For more than 20 years, he has provided strong leadership to Heery, spearheading such high-profile projects as the 1996 Olympic Stadium/Turner Field, developing the company into one of the preeminent firms in its markets. As president and CEO of Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc., Moynihan has expanded his management responsibilities and philosophies into Balfour Beatty's U.S. infrastructure building programs.
Moynihan is on the board of the Construction Management Association of America, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Design/Build Institute of America, United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He holds a master of science degree in architectural administration and a bachelor of science degree in architecture, both from the University of Illinois. Before joining Heery, Moynihan was senior vice president at Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, Inc., and was acting director for the Capitol Development Board with the State of Illinois. |

Michael McCarry
Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the Central Region
Rejoining the Balfour Beatty team after holding executive positions at some of the U.K.'s most successful heavy civil construction businesses, Mick McCarry was appointed chief operating officer of Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc. in March 2006. McCarry brings extensive and diverse industry experience to his position, having recently been managing director of Morgan Est. He has a degree in civil and structural engineering, is a Chartered Engineer and a member of professional construction societies.

Mark Birch
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Birch began his career in the U.K. with Ford Motor Co. and moved to other manufacturing organizations before joining Balfour Beatty Rail in 1997. After assuming positions of increasing responsibility, Birch transferred to Balfour Beatty's U.S. operations. In April 2006, he was appointed chief financial officer of Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc. Birch graduated from Birmingham University with an honors degree and received his master of business administration from Henley Management College in the U.K.

David Confer
Vice President of Human Resources
David Confer joined Balfour Beatty in early 2005 as vice president of human resources. His many years of diverse HR experience give him a broad background in the international, manufacturing and service industries. Before joining Balfour Beatty, he served as the global HR executive for the production optimization of energy services at Halliburton. With more than 20 years at Halliburton, Confer developed an expertise that will assist Balfour Beatty in its strategic growth plans. He holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh in human relations. |

Christine McAnney
Vice President and General Counsel
Christine McAnney brings extensive experience in construction law, including the negotiation, mediation and arbitration of large and complex construction-related legal matters. Before joining Balfour Beatty, she was the head of Venable's Construction Law Group, based out of Venable's Northern Virginia office. McAnney obtained her bachelor of science degree from the University of Central Florida, and is a graduate of the George Mason University School of Law. She holds multiple bar admissions and is a panel member of the American Arbitration Association. |

Todd Folk
Vice President of Risk Management and Safety
Todd Folk brings more than 22 years of combined risk management experience working for insurance and construction companies. With 10 years at Balfour Beatty, he has a proven track record of success in managing and overseeing the risk management and safety functions. Before joining Balfour Beatty, Folk was employed at Sequoia Insurance Co. in Pleasanton, Calif., where he was vice president and senior claim officer. He received his bachelor of science degree in business administration from the Babson College in Wellesley, Mass., and has earned his Charter Property and Casualty Underwriter, and Casualty Claim Law Associate designations. Folk is a member of the Associated General Contractors where he is involved on committees for safety, risk management and surety. |

Bill Miller
Senior Vice President of the Southwest Region
Bill Miller serves as the senior vice president of Balfour Beatty's Texas Highway Division. Since he started the division in 1994, Miller and his staff have been responsible for construction of many of the major highways in Houston and Dallas. In a recent joint venture with Fluor Corp. and T.J. Lambrecht Co., they have undertaken construction of the $1 billion State Highway 130, which includes building a 49-mile tollway, seven interchanges and 177 structures. The Texas Highways Division belongs to ARTBA, the National Utility Contractors Association, and both the National and Texas branches of AGC. |

Mark Johnnie
Vice President of the Southeast Region
After an extensive career with some of the heavy civil construction industry's most successful companies, Mark Johnnie joined Balfour Beatty in 1998. While at Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Johnnie has managed some of our highly visible and important projects, including the San Mateo Bridge and Smith Creek Parkway. As vice president, Johnnie brings a strong local reputation and capability to the Southeast operations. He graduated from Oregon State University and holds two bachelor of science degrees, one in construction engineering management, the other in business administration. |

Bill Ogle
Senior Vice President and Western Region Manager
Bill Ogle joined Balfour Beatty in 1997 and has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He graduated from San Jose State University in California with a bachelor of science degree in engineering. Ogle's diverse background includes constructing tunnels, highways and bridges, water and wastewater treatment plants, and hydroelectric facilities. Some of his most notable projects include several hydroelectric facilities in southeast Alaska, the Line Creek Coal Handling Facility in the Canadian Rockies, and several major bridge projects such as San Mateo-Hayward Bridge, Golden Gate Bridge and Carquinez Bridge. |
