Leadership
In order to continue our expansion into U.S. markets, Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc. has assembled a unique management team. Our team blends overall business experience in a variety of highly competitive industries with hands-on divisional management. Corporate staff members average more than 30 years of experience in the heavy civil construction business, including:
- Sophisticated management systems
- Construction law and alternative dispute resolution practices
- Project development and private financing programs
- Environmental, health and safety
- Personnel development
Operationally, Balfour Beatty Infrastructure is organized regionally to ensure that project resources and support staff are close to our clients and our construction sites. Each of Balfour Beatty Infrastructure's divisions, which have several regions reporting to it, is headed by an experienced industry leader with a strong background in heavy civil construction. Balfour Beatty Infrastructure's operational management staff has worked on some of the most important projects in the nation. The staff has brought this expertise to its project execution strategies and personnel development philosophies.
