Upshur Street in Bladensburg.

the CSX railroad, eight retaining walls, one temporary bridge and three
permanent bridges. The new track was moved up and over MD 450.
Balfour Beatty Infrastructure worked with its sister company,
Balfour Beatty Rail, Inc. on the project, which was complete in April
2009.
